Our group was created for people who seek to reduce body fat, gain strength and endurance and also have quality time to take care of themselves in a relaxed and motivating environment. If you need external motivation to train, this program is definitely for you. Following our training program can save you from a number of diseases and disorders caused by lack of physical activity and make you able to practice any activity you want, leaving you strong and prepared! A training methodology that brings together the best in performance and results, developed through studies and experience in modalities such as CrossFit, Biogymnastics, Endurance Sports (Iron Man Triathlon) and Martial Arts. Here you will find all the support to follow your workouts and do your best, we adapt the training to your reality and physical condition so that you evolve and reach your best version in health and aesthetics.
